Position: Project Development Assistant

This role focuses on design coordination, technical liaison, and project development support for the large-scale senior living community project in Yuen Long. This positioning is directly linked to the company's recently approved major development initiative, which strongly demonstrates the necessity and urgency of the position.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

(1) Project Design Coordination: Assist in technical communication with the architectural

design firms and consulting companies in Hong Kong and mainland China, interpret

design drawings, and ensure the accurate implementation of design intent during

localization.

(2) Market Research Support: Utilize understanding of the mainland market to assist

in researching the design features and facility standards of high-quality senior living

communities in mainland China, providing references for this project.

(3) Mainland Resource Liaison: Serve as a bridge for communication with potential

mainland suppliers and professional institutions (such as those specializing in

custom renovations, medical equipment integration, etc.), assisting in technical

specification comparisons and preliminary discussions.

4) Project Management Assistance: Support the team in tracking project progress

preparing meeting minutes, organizing documents, and providing translation services

(Mandarin/Cantonese/English).


Job Requirements:

  • You are a talented designer, with a portfolio that showcases great creativity and innovative thinking. 

  • You have strong experience in Mixed Use and Retail, Hospitality and Office/Workplace design.

  • Ability to work in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape and Adobe Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

  • You have a strong sense of design and eye for detail, with the ability to deliver and communicate creative solutions internal and with external collaborators.

  • You have experience of successfully delivering large-scale projects through all work stages, within APAC regions. 

  • You are able to work collaboratively, or with autonomy as required. 

  • A strong communicator, you effectively engage internal and external stakeholders. 

  • You are proficient in computer applications commonly used within your discipline – Revit is essential.

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in architectural design, specifically on projects in China.

  • You are degree qualified in related design field or hold equivalent certification; professional registration is preferred.
