Assist with the integration of property information and statutory requirements into design and production drawings, including assisting in the preparation of drawings for planning and building control approval, tender, and construction purposes.
Skills & Experience Required
You are a talented designer, with a portfolio that showcases great creativity and innovative thinking.
You have strong experience in Mixed Use and Retail, Hospitality and Office/Workplace design.
Ability to work in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape and Adobe Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
You have a strong sense of design and eye for detail, with the ability to deliver and communicate creative solutions internal and with external collaborators.
You have experience of successfully delivering large-scale projects through all work stages, within APAC regions.
You are able to work collaboratively, or with autonomy as required.
A strong communicator, you effectively engage internal and external stakeholders.
You are proficient in computer applications commonly used within your discipline – Revit is essential.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in architectural design, specifically on projects in China.
You are degree qualified in related design field or hold equivalent certification; professional registration is preferred.
Responsibilities
To perform construction phase design: Review of construction material / shop drawing
Shop drawing preparation (with drafter), coordination and obtain approval from client or local consultant
Preparation of presentations throughout the phase of design development by creating 3d rendered images and initial floor plans.
Verify site installation works are according to design intent.
To liaise with PE's, builders, clients and suppliers all throughout the project lifecycle.
Periodical site inspection (internal check for quality improvement)
Managing repair, renovation, and maintenance quotations, reports, and payments.
Create comprehensive architectural drawings, 3D renderings, and client presentations utilizing industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
