We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of commercial, industrial and residential properties across Hong Kong. The role involves operational management, leasing, team leadership, budgeting, and coordination with regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the overall operations of the local and overseas properties.
Support leasing activities, including marketing of vacancies, tenant selection, negotiations, renewals, and tenancy administration.
Plan and execute property enhancement, maintenance, and upgrading works to preserve and improve asset value.
Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
Liaise with tenants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure efficient and compliant property operations.
Drive process improvements, cost efficiencies, and sustainability initiatives within the property portfolio.
Ensure the efficient and smooth operation of all matters relating to property maintenance and management.
Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate team performance and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Building / Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
At least 6 years of relevant experience in property or asset management preferably with overseas experience.
Proven track record in managing a diverse portfolio of industrial / commercial / residential / warehouse preferably with development exposure.
Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage teams across different locations.
